I've found my furever family!

This is Jacob, (yes there is a Bella and Edward).

Jacob is a 5 to 6 month old male husky/pomeranian mix. I am between 25-30 lbs and a total sweet heart. He unfortunately had a rough start as he was rescued from a mass production mill. Thankfully a wonderful rescue saved Jacob and his siblings and transferred them to CRA where they had wonderful foster homes waiting.

He is now accepting applications to look for a home to call his own. Things to know about Jacob:

• He is doing well on a leash but still requires further training as this is new to him.
• He is making great progress in crate and potty training for a good foundation.
• He is a puppy, with puppy energy so exercise and mental stimulation will set him up for success!
• He enjoys his people and wants to be close by. He would love a family that is home more than not, or that is willing to continue building his confidence when you are home. He loves hard and wasn't reassured properly early on so we are working with him on that currently!
• He enjoys chew toys and is easy to redirect!

Jacob is accepting applications within 3 hours of Chicago. His adoption fee includes up to date vaccines, up to date preventatives, microchip, deworming and neuter.
