I've found my furever family!

Meet our Dot girl. Dot found her way to us after an ER recommending a new owner to call us when needing to surrender her due to medical and costs.

Dot was a newly "adopted" dog so the owner thought. She was unfortunately bought at a store labeling themself as "store name and rescue". Shortly after going home Dot was found to be lethargic finding herself in an ER with no answer from original place of purchase even with a health guarantee. We were able to say yes and start running test while she was receiving supportive care. We shortly after found out that she was hypoglycemic. She received care and once released from the ER went straight to a foster home with one of our founders who has a vet med background.

Now Dot is gaining weight, and turning out to be such a spunky but happy girl! We are looking opening the search to find her perfect foster to adopt home. We are looking for a foster to adopt home to ensure that we are able to continue to get some weight on her before getting the rest of her routine care needed (spay).

Things to know about Dot:

• She is super confident around dogs of all sizes.
• She is playful, but also enjoys a good nap.
• She is good around children.
• She is currently working on potty and crate training. As a potential adopter it is important to remember that she is a puppy so will need continued training, structure and positive reinforcement.
